I've discovered over the years on my Spring Break trips that the variety of nightlife in Cancun is awe inspiring!

Any kind of atmosphere that you'd like to be a part of is available. Clubs like Dady'O, Coco Bongo, La Boom, Bulldog, Fat Tuesday, The City, Dady Rock, Liquid, Tequila Boom, Pat O'Briens, Mango Tango, and Azucar are where the party animals go.

If you're looking for a more laid back experience then try one of the restaurant places like Margaritaville or Senor Frog's. But be aware that most of the restaurants turn into clubs after dinner time.

Of course, you could always just spend your days in Cancun on the beach sipping fruity drinks, hitting a buffet and going to bed early. Yeah right, you can sleep when you're not on Spring Break vacation.

This Spring Break in Cancun for 2006 wasn't as crowded as previous years, which was nice but I kind of missed seeing thousands of people all having a good time in the clubs. What I didn't miss was the huge lines for the bathroom and the over worked frosty beverage servers. It was like Spring Break Lite ™

I didn't take that many pictures while we were in Dady'O even though we were there for about 4 hours. The pictures above and below are from some random bathroom that I found during the walk along Kukulcan Blvd while we were trying to catch a taxi to take us back to the Omni Cancun Hotel.

The bathroom was interesting enough for me to whip out my Canon Powershot SD110 digital Elph camera and snap a few pictures. On the walk back to the street I took a picture of the mini lagoon and the fish tank. I'm guessing that I was in a restaurant of some sort but I'm not sure.

The very last picture on this page is from when my girlfriend and I went for a walk on the beach behind the Omni Cancun hotel at night. As you can see there is a small cliff and drop off to the wet sand and the water. Previous years, the beach was a gradual decline from the hotel steps down to the water in the Gulf of Mexico.
