The '01 GP GTP is equipped with the Supercharged L67 3.8 Liter 3800 Series II General Motors engine. The Eaton M90 roots type supercharger has a 3.8" pulley which produces 8 pounds (PSI) of boost. Pontiac claims that the engine makes 240 horsepower and 280 lbs of torque from the factory.

When these pictures and video were taken, my car only had a Cold Air Intake, the U-bend exhaust delete, and a 180 degree thermostat. I removed the driver's side headlight to get more air to the CAI and pulled out my stereo's subwoofer box to lighten the car.

My times were 14.97 @ 92.45mph, 14.91, and 15.09. It was my first time at the drag strip with a brand new car, so I think I did fairly well in comparison to other stock Grand Prix GTP sedans.
