Raise Wiper Arm

The OEM wiper blade sizes in inches are as follows: Driver Side 22" and Passenger Side 21".

Rotate Away Wiper Blade

Pinch Together Tabs
The first step is to lift the wiper arm off the windshield window until it remains in the raised position by itself.

Rotate the old wiper blade away from the metal wiper arm at a slight angle.

Locate the two small ribbed plastic tabs that slightly resemble insect wings.

Squeeze together the two tabs towards each other to release the retaining clips.

While still holding the two tabs together, lift the wiper blade mounting bracket away from the wiper metal arm.

Towel - Protect Glass

Line Up Hook & Slot
Place a towel on the windshield to protect the window from being cracked, shattered, chipped or shattered just in case the metal wiper arm smacks down on to the glass while you are replacing the wiper blade.

I recommend buying the Bosch 22OE and Bosch 21OE wiper blades since they have excellent reviews on Amazon.

Line up the new wiper blade assembly with the rubber blade pointing away from the metal wiper arm.

Attach New Wiper Blade

Snap In Retaining Clips
Lower the opening at the top of the wiper blade mounting bracket over the small metal hook at the end of the wiper arm.

Rotate the new wiper blade until it is almost parallel with the wiper arm.

Pinch together the two tapered triangular shaped plastic tabs and push them in to the mounting bracket.

Double check that the new wiper blade is securely attached to the wiper arm.

For the best wiper performance, I recommend thoroughly cleaning off the windshield and applying a window treatment product that will repel water such as Rain-X.
