2014 Sentra Wipers
Push Up To "Mist" Twice
Wipers Service Position
This automotive maintenance tutorial was specifically written to assist owners of the seventh generation (2013, 2014, 2015 and possibly also the revised 2016 and 2017 model years) Nissan Sentra sedan in changing the windshield window wiper blades.

Owners of other Nissan or Infiniti vehicles such as the Versa, Maxima, Juke, Rogue, Altima, Xterra, Pathfinder, Murano, Cube, Armada, Leaf, Quest, Frontier, Teana, 370Z, GT-R, Titan, G25, G37, M35, QX56, QX60 and M37 may also find these DIY instructions to be helpful.

The OEM wiper blade sizes in inches are as follows: Driver Side 28" and Passenger Side 15".

A few compatible replacement wiper blades with their part numbers are as follows: Bosch 28A & Bosch 15A, Trico 25-280 & Trico 25-150 and ACDelco 8-2289 & ACDelco 8-2151.

Wipers Raised - Service Position
Lift Wiper Arm Off Windshield
Rotate Old Blade Away
The first step is to turn the ignition key to the "On" position but do not start the engine.

Quickly press the windshield wiper lever up in to the mist position twice within a half second.

The windshield wiper arms should move up in to the service position.

Turn off the ignition.

Lift the wiper arm off the windshield until it remains in the raised position by itself.

Rotate the old wiper blade away from the metal wiper arm at a slight angle.

Press In Release Tab
Pull Bracket Out of Hook
Mounting Bracket Removed
Push in the release tab at the center of the wiper blade's plastic mounting bracket towards the metal wiper arm.

Slide the mounting bracket down and out of the metal hook at the end of the metal wiper arm.

Towel - Protect Glass
Line Up New Wiper Blade
Slide Bracket In To Hook
Place a towel on the windshield to protect the glass from being cracked, shattered, chipped or scratched just in case the metal wiper arm smacks down on to the window while you are replacing the wiper blade.

If you haven't purchased new blades, please check out all of the compatible Nissan Sentra Wiper Blades at Amazon.

I recommend buying the Bosch 28A and Bosch 15A wiper blades since they have excellent reviews.

Line up the plastic mounting bracket in the center of the new wiper blade with the wiper arm.

Slide the bracket in to the metal hook at the end of the wiper arm until it clicks in to place.

Lower Wiper Arm To Window
Push Up To Mist Position
Wiper Blades Replaced
Gently lower the wiper arm down to the windshield.

Sit in the driver's seat, turn the ignition switch to the "On" position and press the windshield wiper lever up to the "Mist" position.

The wiper arms should move back down to their normal resting position at the bottom of the windshield.
