Gently Pry Out Old Bulb |
Old Light Bulb Removed |
To prevent from
scratching the plastic surfaces, you may choose to either cover the tip of
your screwdriver with a thin micro fiber cloth or instead use a plastic
pry bar tool. Insert the blade of the screwdriver in to the small notch on the outer edge of the lens cover and gently pry it out. Set the lens cover aside in a safe place. Pull out the old light bulb with your fingers or carefully pry it out at one of the metal end caps with the flathead screwdriver. If the old light bulb was recently illuminated, be careful since it might still be hot enough to burn your fingers. |
