Isla Margarita, known as the "Pearl of the Caribbean", is part of the Venezuelan state of Nueva Esparta. We spent a month on Margarita Island relaxing on the many beaches, checking out the tourist attractions and enjoying the local culture. Our home for this trip to Venezuela was a vacation rental at the Bahia Del Sol condo building in the city of Porlamar. Since I took over 7,000 pictures and several hours of video during the trip, I created a new site to showcase them. This photo gallery page features just a few of the highlights.
