Nissan Juke
Rear Window Wiper Blade Replacement Guide
How to change the rear window wiper blade
on a first generation 2010 to 2016 Nissan Juke with picture illustrated steps.

This
automotive maintenance tutorial was specifically written to assist
owners of the first generation (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and
possibly also the updated 2015 & 2016) Nissan Juke in changing the rear windshield
window wiper blade. Owners of other Nissan SUV, hatchback or minivan vehicles such as the Versa, Cube, Leaf, Pathfinder, Rogue, Xterra, Murano, Armada and Quest may also find these DIY instructions to be helpful. The rear window wiper blade is 12" (inches) in size. A few compatible replacement blades with their part numbers are as follows: Valeo R12A, Anco AR-12E, Trico 12J and Silblade RB112-B. No tools are needed to change the rear wiper blade. For optimum wiper performance, I'd recommend applying a window treatment product such as Rain-X or Zaino Glass Polish. |

Rotate Blade Away From Arm |
Pop Blade Off Wiper Arm |
"C" Shaped Socket |
The first step is
to gently pull the plastic cover off the base of the wiper arm. Set the cover aside in a safe place. Raise the wiper arm off the window. Rotate the old wiper blade away from the arm at a slight angle. Continue rotating the blade away from the arm until the mounting bar in the center of the blade pops out of the "C" shaped socket at the end of the wiper arm. I recommend buying the Valeo R12A rear wiper blade since it has excellent reviews on Amazon. |

Line up the
mounting bar in the center of the new wiper blade with the "C" shaped socket
at the end of the wiper arm. Hold the new wiper blade at about a 30-40 degree angle to the wiper arm and push the mounting bar in to the socket. Rotate the new wiper blade towards the wiper arm and firmly pop in the mounting bar. |

Gently lower the
wiper arm back down on the window. For the best wiper performance, thoroughly clean off the rear windshield window and apply a glass treatment product such as Rain-X. For more,
