This "2008 Upscale Halloween Party" was
held on Tuesday, October 28th at the Opus 5 Restaurant located in The
Shops at Boca Center. The event was organized by LivingFLA.com to benefit "Paws for the Cause" and "The Palm Beach International Film Festival". We purchased discounted advance admission tickets online for $15 per adult, which included one free drink and light appetizers. A limited quantity of tickets were available for $20 at the door Opus 5 has a fully stocked bar so party goers dressed in scary or sexy Halloween costumes could choose from a large selection of beers, wine, and top shelf liquors. The "lite" appetizers served included chicken skewers and sushi rolls. Opus 5 (located at 5050 Town Center Circle, Boca Raton FL 33486) is part of the Rapoport Restaurant Group. Other restaurants owned by Burt Rapoport include "Henry's" in Delray Beach, "Bogart's", and "Clematis Social" in West Palm Beach. |

optional at this event, but the organizers did encourage guests to dress in
scary Halloween costumes or in classy Hollywood celebrity outfits. Near the end of the event, there was a Halloween costume contest for the best and most creative costumes. We had a good time at the 2008 Opus 5
Halloween Party. It was a much smaller and more intimate event than the

shop. Besides A few of the trendy stores inside the Boca
Center are Absolute Paris, Boutique A La Mode, Butter, Carina Nucci Shoes,
