How to change the rear wiper blade on the

This
automotive maintenance tutorial was specifically written to assist
owners of the first generation (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015,
2016 and 2017) Volvo XC60 SUV in changing the rear window wiper
blade on the back windshield. Owners of other Volvo vehicles such as the XC90, XC70, S90, S80, S60, S40, C30, C70, V90, V70, V60 and V40 may also find these DIY instructions to be helpful. The OEM rear window wiper blade size in inches is 14". A few compatible replacement 14" rear wiper blades with their part numbers are as follows: Volvo 31333449, Bosch H353, Trico 14-D, Anco AR-14D, ACDelco 8-214D and Ecogard XR14 XR. No tools are needed to replace the rear wiper blade. |

| The first step is
to lift the rear wiper arm off the window until it remains in the raised
position by itself. Then rotate the old wiper blade away from the wiper arm at a slight angle. Continue rotating the old wiper blade away from the wiper arm until the mounting bar in the center of the old blade pops out of the "C" shaped socket at the end of the wiper arm. |

| I recommend buying
the Bosch H353 rear wiper blade
since it has excellent reviews on Amazon. If you prefer to have the genuine OEM wiper blade, the part number is Volvo 31333449. Line up the new wiper blade with the wiper arm. The rubber blade should be pointing out away from the rear of the SUV. Pass the end of the wiper arm through the opening in the center of the new wiper blade. |

| Gently
pop the mounting bar in the center of the new wiper blade in to the "C"
shaped socket near the end of the wiper arm. Continue rotating the new wiper blade until it is parallel with the wiper arm. |

| Gently lower the
