Auckland City Tour - North Island, New Zealand We spent our first few days in New Zealand at a hotel in the city center of Auckland exploring the various sites and attractions on foot. Then we moved to a hotel located near the majority of the automotive dealerships in the city, rented a car to shop around, and finally purchased a used 1994 Toyota Carina in order to travel across the rest of the country. |

Winter Garden - Auckland Domain Park - Auckland, North Island, New
Zealand One of my favorite attractions in the very large Auckland Domain Park is the Winter Garden enclosed in two greenhouses or "glasshouses" as they are known in New Zealand. The Winter Garden is a delight for photographers who'd like to capture a wide variety of colorful and exotic flowers. |

5.
Parnell Suburb - Auckland, North Island, New Zealand Parnell is the oldest suburb of Auckland with attractions that include the Nancy Steen Garden, The Rose Gardens, Dove Myer Robinson Park and the revitalized Parnell Village area. |

Auckland Botanic Gardens - Manurewa Suburb, Manukau City, North
