If the A/C system in your ninth generation (2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 & perhaps also the 2016) Honda Civic doesn’t work as well any more or the vents smell a bit musty or moldy, you probably need to clean or replace the cabin air filter element in the HVAC blower motor housing.
