The iridium tipped spark plugs of a ninth generation (2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 & possibly also the 2016) Honda Civic should last up to 100,000 miles. But they should be checked before that time to check on the engine’s condition and to make sure they don’t become stuck or “frozen” in the cylinder head.
