The best way to keep your second generation (2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019) GM Chevrolet Cruze running reliably is to regularly change the motor oil and replace the oil filter on the Ecotec LE2 turbocharged 1.4 liter inline four cylinder engine at least every 7,500 miles (12,000 km).
