The best way to keep your fourth generation (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2020) Kia Optima running reliably is to regularly change the motor oil and replace the oil filter on the Theta II 2.4 liter GDI inline four cylinder engine at least every 7,500 miles or once per year.
