We love making Buffalo wings, BBQ wings, and “hot” wings but sometimes I’d prefer if they didn’t take as long to prepare. I decided to try cutting down the cooking time by using my Fagor pressure cooker to render out some of the fat and partially cook the meat before baking them in the oven. To prepare some pork loin back ribs quickly, I decided to use my pressure cooker and the oven’s broiler.
